Billing & usage questions
How does the balance work?
Balance is measured in USD. Each task is charged for its selected product; checking the same list with two products creates two separate tasks.
What is the difference between top-ups and subscriptions?
A top-up is a one-time purchase with permanent balance. A subscription renews every 30 days and supplies cycle balance and promotional allowance; product prices remain the same.
Does balance expire?
Permanent top-up balance does not expire. Subscription balance expires at the end of its cycle and does not roll over.
Which balance is used first?
Subscription balance is spent before permanent balance. The final task quote and billing record determine the charge.
What if I run out of balance?
Add sufficient funds before submitting a task and review the server quote again.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Manage auto-renewal in Billing history after signing in. Turning it off preserves the current cycle until expiry. Upgrades require reviewing the actual settlement preview; downgrades are not currently supported.
What happens if a task fails?
Review task status, failure details and the actual billing record. Rejections, failures and refunds follow the server's task and settlement state.
How can I pay?
Permanent top-ups use enabled card or cryptocurrency payment methods. 30-day subscriptions use hosted card checkout. Balance is credited after payment confirmation.
